The Motorcycle Issue:

as you may know, motorcycling is a very dangerous sport and I must stress SPORT! Its not a conveyance like cars and might even be considered a hobby but it must be treated like any dangerous sport in that there is a way to do it and a whole set of rules that apply to just motorcycling.
  • First and most importantly, those in cars, truck, basically anything other than a motorcycle, it is your responsibility to give them ROOM! Far too many times I have had to kick cars away because they were too damn close. Now if I'm able to kick your bumper, your TOO DAMN CLOSE! The Secretary of State says that 86% of all motorcycle accidents are caused by CARS! That's right not by the cyclist, by the CARS. Cars just simply do not watch out for motorcycles and they are the ones making it more dangerous to ride a motorcycle, NO CYCLIST!
  • The other percentage of motorcycle accidents within the past 15 years have been caused by, yes you probably guessed, CROTCH ROCKETS, otherwise known as racing bikes. These are the ultra fast, fiberglass, plastic covered bikes that are ever soo popular these days. These bikes are designed for one thing only, THE RACE TRACK. They are not designed to be ridden on the normal street! Its like seeing and INDY 500 car on the road, it just doesn't happen. These bikes should not be street legal! And I'm supporting any action to keep them off the road. If you like these bikes you can take them to the track and race them like real racers do! Your allowed you know, it cost a little, but you can go to the tracks for open racing, it does exist. I have ridden them before and I found that being in the crouched position with the ability to turn soo deep made me want to do nothing but speed! And that make you reckless! These crotch rockets have given motorcyclists a bad rep and they should be banned from the road!! I've had too many friends and relatives die this way and it should stop.
  • STREET BIKES FOR THE STREET, RACE BIKES FOR THE RACE TRACK!!!!
  • And if anyone is wondering, I have a 1967 Triumph, STREET BIKE!
